Default TacFit Commando

http://www.tacfitcommando.com/

I've came across this training program and it's the real deal where it's bein taught to special forces, navy seals, MMA fighters, counter terrorist's unit around the globe. The creator of the program Scott Sonnon coaches these elite group of ppl around the globe.

As i've now been advocating to keep the lean look whole year round rather than my previous approach of bulking - cutting - bulking - cutting cycle, i'm getting myself prep-up to get on this 3 month long program. The materials includes manuals, videos, calendars, progress sheets and loads of other materials. Best of all, no equipments needed - i'll probably just require a yoga mat or something to put on the floor.

What do you guys think of it, you'll be able to find a lot information on these online. To be honest after tryin it a week or so, it's not really something for everyone as some of the movements are really hardcore I would say.

Do leave your thoughts here on how your perception of this program is. Only concern of mine would I be losing too much muscle mass by engagin only body weight exercises for the next 3 months? Or will this type of extreme body weight exercises build muscles as well.

Yeah, those online fitness experts are promoting this programme like crazy. I've seen the promo materials and to be honest, I'm not really interested as it's a bit too hardcore for me.

I like challenges but it has to be reasonable. Tacfit is cool for those who are a bit more hardcore. But I'm just a regular gal and my fitness goals are pretty simple and straightforward.

So some weightlifting and kettlebell swings are sufficient for me, for now.

I'm still tryin out the routines at the moment. Haven't nailed all the movements yet but no doubt I've been using those routines that i'm already familiar with in a bodyweight circuit style training on my usual cardio days - they give a hell of a workout.
