I mixed one scoop of SciVation whey with a scoop of Muscle Juice banana flavour (for post workout carbs) and the result is a smooth shake with the best of both tastes that will leave you wanting for more. Try chocolate
Hmm...thanks for the suggestions. I'll go look into it.

weight loss is something very dear to my heart.

cos i used to be very overweight. i tried to diet on my own, but didnt work.

then, i went on weight loss programme, with exercise, and ever since, i sustained my weight loss for 2 years now.

thus, my opinion, weight loss products are ok, as long as safe. please read the ingredients. a lot of shakes in the market contain TRANSFAT.

my success to sustainable weight loss is exercise, change of diet and taking general supplements to ensure adequate nutrition intake.

so to those out there going on a diet, please do it healthily. dont over do it. rapid weight loss causes more harm in the long run than good.

thanks aizan.

the weight loss programme was a 3 month programme of meal replacement, taking certain supplements and tea. (not, it WASNT herbalife. i dont touch that)

the exercise bit came when i searched for a workout that i enjoy, and have stuck to the routine ever since

so there wasnt a PT or slimming centre. but now, i got myself a PT to tone up my core muscles and arms.

Well, would you want to also take your food program to the next level i.e. do away with meal replacement and get back to eating food?

The downside of meal replacements is that your body can only take so much in the long run. Also, some of the micronutrients that can only be found in raw food (plants + meat). You won't find them in supplements either because of the complex nature of it.

Also, you'll find that as you go through your PT program, you may need more actual food than meal replacement. You'll also find that as you explore the food that you eat better and come up with healthy alternative, it is possible to go back to eating normal food but just in different portions and possibly cooking at home.

i only went on the meal replacement programme during the months i was on diet. as soon as i reached my weight target, i have stopped taking.

i dont take the meal replacements anymore, thus am back to eating meals for the past 2 years, unless i am rushing for time, or when i am too full to eat a full meal (due to late lunch or heavy tea)

heard people telling me that meal replacements will cause me to have 'withdrawal' symptoms. didnt have any, in the case of this brand i was consuming. i guess it's the ingredients which are the real culprits?

Nowadays there are many weight loss pills and supplements that are available in the market. But not all of them are safe and approved by the FDA. You will have to check all the details and ingredients in the supplements before you start consuming it.

But i don’t recommend any weight loss supplements. I just follow my workout schedule. I’m afraid to use supplements because there is a risk of side effects.
